General Information and Reservation Policy

For your convenience, we have included information about our hotel that may be helpful for you as you plan your trip. Check In/Out Times

Check in time 2.00 p.m. (or later)

Check out time 10.00 a.m. (later check out may incur a fee)

Guaranteed Reservation

A room guaranteed with a credit card is held for late arrival until 7.00 a.m. the following day.

A non-arrival or if you simply change your mind, you will be charged one nights accommodation or 50% of the total accommodation (whichever is the greater) Advance Deposits Accepted, for those guests who don't have a credit card and wish to arrive after 4p.m.

We accept cash advance deposits as well. You may inquire about that information with a follow-up call to the hotel. The deposit can be mailed to the hotel in the form of a money order or cheque and must be here and cleared prior to check-in.

Deposits held for motel rooms (excludes apartments) over peak & shoulder periods are only refundable if cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival. A non-refundable $40 administration fee applies.

No refunds inside 14 days of arrival date, unless Management can re-book your accommodation at equal value and length of stay (administration fees still apply).

Same Day Cancellations Off Peak

Any cancellation after 4 p.m. will not be refunded.

Same Day Cancellation Peak & Shoulder

Any Cancellation is subject to the full accommodation charge.

Family Apartment Booking Conditions Peak & Shoulder

No refund of deposit or accommodation transfer unless management are able to rebook at equal value and length of stay. You may be charged $40.00 administration at the managements discretion. Higher fees will apply during peak periods. All rates may change without notice. Please reconfirm at time of booking.

Non Guaranteed Booking (no deposit or credit card authorization)

If you have not arrived by 4.00 p.m. your room may be cancelled at the hotels discretion.

Non Guarenteed Bookings will not be held over Peak or Shoulder periods

All rates subject to change without notice, please reconfirm at the time of booking. I.D / Cash bond or Credit Card Authorizations may be requested at Check-in
