Check In/Out Times
Check in time 2.00 p.m. (or later)
Check out time 10.00 a.m. (later check out may incur a fee)
Guaranteed Reservation
A room guaranteed with a credit card is held for late arrival until 7.00
a.m. the following day.
A non-arrival or change of mind will be charged one nights
accommodation.
Advance Deposits Accepted, for those guests who don't have a credit card and
wish to arrive after 6p.m.
We accept cash advance deposits as well. You may
inquire about that information with a follow-up call to the hotel.
The
deposit can be mailed to the hotel in the form of a money order or cheque
and must be here prior to check-in.
Same day cancellations
Any cancellation after 4 p.m. will not be refunded.
High season bookings are subject to the full accommodation charge.
Apartment Booking Conditions
No refund of deposit or accommodation transfer unless
management are able to rebook at equal value and length of stay. You may
be charged $50.00 administration at the managements discretion. Higher
fees will apply during peak periods. All rates may change without notice.
Please reconfirm at time of booking.
6.00 p.m. Reservation (Non Guaranteed)
If you have not arrived by 6.00p.m., your room may be cancelled at the
hotels discretion.
